Impressive Practical Receiver for Topography Surveys
Simple and easy to use, I find the GSR2700 ISX to be very practical to complete jobs. Two of the GSR2700 ISX’s best features – fast signal acquisition and precise results – make the GSR2700 ISX a true asset to my work as a topographer. It even produced accurate results in places with obstacles, such as trees.
I’m very impressed with its ability to be used as either a base or rover. I can use the reference station of the Portuguese Geographical Institute (IGP) and the Portugal’s Geographic Institute of the Army (IGEoE) and survey with the GSR2700 ISX as simply a rover, avoiding the cost of an additional base. When the GSR2700 ISX was unable to use GPS in very dense locations, I simply connected the data collector into another device to continue working.
I am very impressive with my GSR2700 ISX purchase and advise my colleagues to try this GPS receiver.
